We believe that a woman who prays or prophecies without a head covering brings shame to the Lord and an offense to his Angels. It also offends the Angels for a man to pray or prophesy with his head covered, and it is the angels who bring the presence of God and healing (Jn 5:4 and Heb 12:22).
