Sister Elnora Napier hails from Lima, Ohio, and is one of the founding members of BibleWay Assembly New Testament Ministries. The Lord captured her heart at the tender age of 16. She is a woman of God who makes it her daily pursuit to live a life that is pleasing in the sight of the Lord and possesses an anointed voice for singing before the Lord.

Sister Elnora is also noted for loving the Word and prayer. She is also recognized as both an intercessor and one who has a special heart for the burdens of others. Her ministry consists of the gift of prophecy and revelations of the Lord.
